Vegetables under cheese and nut coating
Ingredients
- Half a cauliflower
- Half a broccoli
- 3 spoons of peanut butter, crunchy
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 ml of water
- Salt
- 3 slices of cheese
Preparation:
Cook the cauliflower and the broccoli until al dente in salted water. Put into ovenware. Thoroughly mix the peanut butter, gorgonzola, milk and water while heating, adding pressed garlic and salt to taste. Pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables, put cheese slices on the top and bake in an oven until golden.
