Sweet and sour penne
Ingredients
- 250 g of penne pasta
- 3 spoons of peanut butter, crunchy
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 banana
- 100 g of red currants
Preparation:
Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water. Mix the peanut butter with milk and honey, while lightly heating. Pour the sauce over the pasta, put the banana and the red currants on the top. The dish can be served both hot and cold.
