Barquettes with nut paste and salmon
Ingredients
- 8 fresh, small cucumbers
- 100 g of sliced smoked salmon
- 100 g of feta cheese
- 2 spoons of peanut butter, creamy
- Hot pepper
Preparation:
Slice the cucumbers in half along their lengths and hollow them out partially. Thoroughly mix the peanut butter with cheese and season with hot pepper to taste. Fill the cucumber barquettes with slices of salmon, than apply the paste on the salmon.
