Nut and caper tagliatelle with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 250 g of Tagliatelle pasta
  • 3 spoons of peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 spoon of pickled capers
  • 250 ml of water
  • 3 spoons of sour cream
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon of chilli flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 200 g of sliced smoked salmon

Preparation:

 

Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and put on plates while hot. Heat all the remaining ingredients until they boil, stirring continuously. If the sauce is too thick, add more water. Pour the sauce over the pasta, and put rolled salmon slices on the top.
