Oriental pistachio wraps
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 350 g lamb, cut into strips
- salt
- pepper
- 450 g oriental vegetable mix
- 125 ml Greek yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 4 wraps
- 50 g shelled, skinned and salted pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
- 75 g sliced iceberg lettuce
Preparation
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok and stir-fry the strips of lamb until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable mix and stir-fry for a further 3 min.
Make a yoghurt sauce by mixing the Greek yoghurt with the garlic and mint.
Warm the wraps for a few moments in the microwave.
Smear the insides of the wraps with 1 tbsp of the yoghurt sauce, spreading the pistachio nuts over them and add the meat / vegetable mixture.
Close the wraps, serve with the rest of the yoghurt sauce and iceberg lettuce.
