Oriental poultry shishkebabs
Ingredients
- 200 g of chicken breast
- 3 spoons of peanut butter, creamy
- 200 ml of milk
- ¼ tablespoon of chilli powder
- Salt, pepper
- Several drops of soy sauce
- 3 -4 spoons of oil
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into 1 1/2 cm strips and impale them on shish kebab skewers. Season with salt and pepper to taste, than fry on a frying pan until golden. Mix the peanut butter with milk, season with salt, chilli and soy sauce; warm up while stirring frequently. Serve with white rice.
