Medallions on slices of toast with peanut butter

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of wheat baguettes
  • 3 slice-sized chops of pork sirloin
  • 2 spoons of peanut butter, creamy
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cranberries

Preparation:

 

Toast the baguette slices on a frying pan or in a toaster. Season the sirloin chops with salt and pepper, grill on a frying pan. Generously spread the pieces of toast with the peanut butter, put the sirloins on the top. Serve with cranberry preserve.
