Cheese and nut soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 300 g of creamy cheese spread
  • 3 spoons of peanut butter, crunchy
  • 3 spoons of French mustard
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Chilli flakes
  • Fresh rosemary

Preparation:

 

Chop the onion into small cubes and fry on butter. Add the cheese spread, peanut butter, mustard, milk and soy sauce. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, boil and season with chilli flakes to taste. Sprinkle the soup with finely chopped rosemary.
