Salad with macadamias
Ingredients
- 150 g iceberg lettuce
- 1 stick of celery, washed and cut into thin slices
- 10 small Roma (plum) tomatoes / cherry tomatoes
- 400 g smoked chicken fillet
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
- croutons
- 75 g macadamias
- 100 g fried bacon snippets
- Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
Mix the lettuce and the chopped celery.
Chop the smoked chicken fillet into slices.
Distribute the tomatoes, chicken, shredded cheese, croutons, macadamias and bacon snippets through the salad.
Toss the salad well with the dressing
