Ingredients

  • 130 g of chicken breast
  • 1 spoon of peanut butter, creamy
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil

Preparation:

 

Tenderize the meat with a meat mallet, making the edges particularly flat. Season with salt and pepper, apply the peanut butter and wrap tightly. Coat with flour, egg, breadcrumbs and again in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in deep oil until golden, but not too fast, otherwise the meat will be raw inside.
